Scar Camouflage
What?
Scar camouflage is a tattoo process that is used to blend in scars that have a lighter color than the surrounding skin (hypo-pigmentation). By adding pigment to the lighter areas of the scar, it becomes less visible and unnoticed by the human eye. It may take more than 2 to 3 sessions to complete the fill-in color process.
Starting price: 200 CAD per session depending on the size of the area

If necessary, skin resurfacing might be an optional service you can add.
Who?
Scars should be completely healed, typically 1 year for scar maturity and final pigmentation. We cannot camouflage darker scars or birthmarks that are darker in pigmentation than the surrounding skin.
Scar camouflage may be used on select scars, including surgical scars, burn scars and stretch marks. The process involves an assessment of the scar and possibly implementing a wide variety of treatments including topical creams, scar lightening, chemical peels and scar resurfacing to help prep the skin for the tattoo.
